DENTAL HYGIENE – LOCAL ANESTHESIA & NITROUS OXIDE COURSES
Cost: $1,195 – does not include online module with Ohio State University for $295
This course for dental hygienists in the Commonwealth of Virginia (VAC60-20-81) will cover the basic concepts of the administration of local anesthesia & nitrous oxide. The online Ohio State University self-study module (12 hours) and NOVA’s lecture, hands-on (24 hours) is designed to prepare the participant for the safe and effective administration of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Participants will be taught at the Medical Education Campus, Springfield, under the supervision of an oral surgeon, dentists and dental hygiene faculty.
Classes meet from 9:00AM-5:00PM and are offered on the following dates:
April 16 – April 18, 2010
June 25 – June 27, 2010
